Among the most in–demand drummers of his generation, Eric Harland has performed and recorded with such legends as Betty Carter, Joe Henderson, Charles Lloyd, and Wayne Shorter; and has been nominated for GRAMMY Awards for his playing on albums by Terence Blanchard (Wandering Moon), Joshua Redman (Back East), and McCoy Tyner (Land of Giants). As a leader, Eric has released two albums, Voyager: Live by Night(2010) and Vipassana (2014). This week, Jazz Standard presents this great musician with four exceptional groups and special guests by the handful.

The most soulful young keyboardist in Brooklyn will lock in with Eric and Snarky Puppy bassist Michael League to explore the funkiest aspects of music.
